Large bulbs (3-inches), wrapped in a tight, easy-to-peel white skin, with 5-6 fat, dense cloves inside. Rich, pungent, garlicky flavor that’s not too hot. Stores well. High medicinal allicin content. Originally from Italy/Yugoslavia area and grown for many years in Canada by Al Music.
