This versatile stalwart garden herb, once established, provides years of use. Beloved by cooks in Italian, Greek and Mexican cuisines, its flavor and aroma hold up well fresh or dried. Also relied on by herbalists for centuries as a potent and valued medicinal.
Seed indoors 6 weeks before putting out in the garden in May or direct seed in spring when soil temperature warms to 65 ℉. Likes average garden soil and full sun. In very cold areas may require some mulch to overwinter well. Grows to about 18-inches.
