Cultivated for generations by the Colville tribe in northern Washington. Mild, award-winning flavor that is excellent for baking. A preferred garlic by those who eat garlic raw for health reasons. Considered early maturing, and stores well. High medicinal allicin content, prized by herbalists for normalizing cholesterol, enhancing circulation and boosting the immune system. Price is Per Pound.
