Mild, award-winning flavor that is excellent for baking. A preferred garlic by those who eat garlic raw for health reasons. Considered early maturing, and stores well. High medicinal allicin content, prized by herbalists for normalizing cholesterol, enhancing circulation and boosting the immune system.

Keep cloves in cool, dry location until ready to plant.
Plant in fall before ground freezes (by mid-Oct in zone 4).
Sow cloves in rows that are 8 inches apart, spacing garlic cloves 6 inches apart in the row. Plant 2-3 inches deep, and mulch well (at least 2-4 inches).
