Heirloom Garlic Sampler
- 1/4 pound each of four heirloom garlic varieties that grow and store well in our northern climates. All have high medicinal allicin content, prized by herbalists for normalizing cholesterol, enhancing circulation and boosting the immune system.
Price is Per Pound. Our garlic ships mid-September.

- braidable long-storing softneck or “artichoke” large bulb variety with 12-20 big cloves. Mild, award-winning flavor. "The baked garlic lover's garlic".

- long-storing hardnecks (curly-cue scapes!) with crazy large cloves, high allicin content and rich, full-bodied flavor. “The garlic lover’s garlic”.
Keep cloves in cool, dry location until ready to plant.
Plant in fall before ground freezes (by mid-Oct in zone 4).
Sow cloves in rows that are 8 inches apart, spacing garlic cloves 6 inches apart in the row. Plant 2-3 inches deep, and mulch well (at least 2-4 inches).
